"I’ve been to this Waterpark a couple times already but this time I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom… When we arrived at the room, the room smelled wonderful it was notorious that they had just finished cleaning the room but when we checked the bathroom the shower and the curtains were dirty. "Overall the stay was a positive one. They made the experience a relaxing one with spa treatments and other options. They do not come into your room unless you need them to. Unfortunately the phones in your room were not working and ice machines were down on two floors. I recommend this is you need to disconnect, to also completely relax and lose track of time. "

"Nikki was fantastic at the check-in area! Very helpful and welcoming, and made the process super easy and fun. The room we stayed in was recently renovated and it was wonderful! It was very clean, updated and the little touches (towel folds, amenities, instructions) and the updated decor truly make this a worthwhile place to be. One comment is that it was tough to find a free outlet-- maybe the room would benefit from a mini power strip. Otherwise 10/10!"
