"This hotel was like new inside and the person at the front desk was knowledgeable and helpful. The hot breakfast was appreciated. Our room with a king bed was comfortable and spacious. Pillows were perfect. Best of all, the hotel was very close to electric vehicle superchargers."

"We got in late, but the restaurant was still serving. We ate in the bar, while a live band played in the connected dining room. Friendly bar staff, with the vibe of a neighborhood bar. They had no problem splitting a burger and fries for us. The menu made me wish we were staying longer! Clean room with plenty of chargers built into the bedside table. Great water pressure. Probably next time I will make sure to request a room on the 2nd floor, as I am a light sleeper and heard footsteps overhead after we’d turned in. Last time we stopped here on the way to the beach, we’d had weather getting there, and arrived near midnight. It’s off the beaten path, and we were a bit worried the first trip. This time it was still light, and the directions got us there easily. I’m glad to have arrived in time to partake of the local flavor this time. Looking forward to the next trip!"

"Arrived at 3:30am after traveling all day exhausted. Greeted exceptionally by Jacob who went the extra mile by offering us an extra hour stay to catch up on sleep. Beds and comforters were cozy, towels supper soft! Will definitely stay there again. "

"We arrived late at night in the rain, and although the directions had told me there was a keyless entry, the key box by the front door threw me off, and we struggled with that for a minute before I remembered the email. lol Removing that might be a good idea. The cabin was clean, but we did have to contact the owner for more towels, because there were only 2 for 3 adults, and there were only sheets for the pullout couch/bed, no blanket. The response was immediate, though. The most precious soul brought us all needed items while wearing her bathrobe. Thank you for that! The listing, I believe, indicates this cabin can sleep 4; however, the couch/bed is not really capable of that. We only had 3, so it worked, but that couch is tiny. A futon may be a nice upgrade. This cabin was in the perfect location to visit Pipestem, Bluestone, Brush Creek, Camp Creek, and Sandstone. We enjoyed dinner at Lucky Rivers in Hinton. We enjoyed our visit to the area! "
