"Clean comfy, nice people"

"This hotel was great. The only reason I did not give five stars for the staff & service was because the black lady with the curly hair at front desk was extremely nasty. I called before I arrived and she quickly dismissed me and told me I couldn’t check in however when I got there I was helped by someone else and was able to get checked in with no problems. On the last day she was very rude and dismissive and did not want to help with directions or cruise info. Other than this woman everything else was amazing but I will not be coming back. She was rude to everyone that came to ask her a question."

"This is a great mid-size hotel It was very Quiet! We chose the breakfast included option and it was really good. Actually best breakfast options ever at a hotel. The staff went out of their way at front desk and shuttle service to be kind and accommodating. Tia and Jim were our favorites. Be sure to eat at Dijon's Rooftop and Bar-shuttle from hotel will take you there. "

"Staff (Brian) checked us in and he was very welcoming and informative. We knew the property was under construction, so we were not surprised by the work being done on sight. Our suite was very nice with plenty of room."
