"The property and Villas are always clean. Location is great, next to the casino and across the street from several restaurants. The kitchens are well stocked with pots and utensils. I always enjoy sitting on balcony at night and the area is always quiet. The only minor issue I've ever had here in the several times I've stayed is with the sizes of the TV's both in the living room area and bedrooms. I am close to 60 and my eye site can no longer accommodate what looks like a 20 something inch TV...

"We love staying at this condo! It is so nice! We had 2 couples and 2 teen agers so the 2 bedrooms and 2 fold out couches worked out perfectly. We could walk right across the street to enjoy French Lick Hotel as well as restaurants/sports bars within walking distance . Will Definitely stay here again!"

"Great place, very roomy. There are no “extras” such as washcloths, soap, shampoo, or coffee, so be prepared. Also, bring your own pillows; one was very obviously yellowed. "

I stayed for two months while working in Evansville and everything was perfect about the place. 10/10 location with restaurants and coffee shops a minute walk away and close to the Ford center too. Additionally, the host was very communicative, friendly, and just a great host. I will be staying here if I am ever in Evansville again!"
