"This is a nice base to use when exploring the area. The beach is easily accessed, the indoor pool is good, though a bit warm if you are swimming for exercise, and it is in close proximity to 'restaurant row' in Lorne. The building seems to be well maintained, though is a bit dated. The check in staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is ok. Overall, a good choice for travellers staying in the area for a few days."

"Not as nice as the price and description led us to believe. Breakfast was okay, good croissant cut otherwise a bit ordinary. The room was fresh and clean but lacked in storage space so if one was staying more than a day, there was no drawer space for one to unpack. Poor water pressure in the shower. Hosts are very pleasant/amenable! Would not stay there again for the price. "

Everything is designed with love and care. Super comfortable beds and pillows. The villa offers stunning views of the vistas. The property is conveniently located to all landmarks and within a great reach to explore the area. We would highly recommend the Anchor’s Villas and will certainly visit again. "

"Pleasant short family stay with our 18 month old daughter. We stayed in Valley view cottage and the owner helped with a barricade for the stairs to stop our daughter from going up & down. Good friendly owners (and their hobby farm animals). Good communication. Would stay again."
