"Great location, tram stop was right outside the hotel. Area was clean and felt safe. Staff were friendly and helpful from check in through to check out. A hotel staff went out of the way to gift a small gift to my boy after he complimented the hotel. Room was clean, had great view of the city and super comfortable for my 6 nights. One point to note - I had to call guest service everyday to ask for water as it wasn’t replenished during housekeeping. Other than this, the stay was perfect. We’ll...
