"A fantastic spacious room when rooms often small or compromised in Europe. Very comfortable room, bed, bathroom. Huge balcony! Staff fantastic. Especially concierge Shannooth who parked our car, moved bags & got us a new room when first not to our standard. Hectic city spoiled by horrible smog."

"Booked a non-smoking room six months in advance but got a room that a smoker had used the hotel did try to rectify by giving it a deep clean but a day later the smell was back again. We put up with it for the extra three days of ou stay, breakfast was just possible for Hilton hotel I would’ve expected more Good shopping centre across the road from HOTEL extra shout out to Mustafa the bell boy who was extremely helpful with all our needs. Going the extra mile to help with our needs and requests....

"This was our forth stay at Almira hotel. The reason why we love it so much because the rooms are a great big size, very comfortable beds, staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet is very nice and thr ladies on spa facility is amazing. Its literally a high end spa. The only thing we didnt like about our visit this time was the change in spa rules: they wanted guest to come down in their bath robes and not use any of the lockers. We were in hijab and the reception area is mixed so...

"This hotel exceeded our expectations! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The food was absolutely fantastic—every meal, from breakfast to dinner, was a treat, and they ensured we were always well-fed. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the slopes with convenient ski-in, ski-out access. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!"

"We stayed at the suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. We had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge common room. Everything was brand new and clean, people very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very well located, easy to get to the bazar, the wall, downtown area. Some cons: The bedding is synthetic, not cotton as I am used to have in the hotel. Not a big deal, but did not go together with otherwise luxurious feel of the hotel. We asked the receptionist to get us a taxi two...
