I'm not a hotel snob, and thought this was a very clean hotel but there were minor things like the way things were fixed were slabbed with caulking or not straight. Also, our bathroom shower drain backed up the whole 3 days we were there. The rooms smell like cigarettes even in non-smoking rooms. The food was pretty good and overall, the rooms were clean. "There was only ever about 4-5 people staying, the hotel staff were either pretending not to speak English, or they couldn't. We had to bring a friend who spoke Turkish with us to get help. The food was old/stale. We were so uncomfortable there that we had to leave early, and they refused to change our reservation even though Expedia approved it. Would absolutely not recommend this hotel."

I Tried to call your call center but the computer said to me that we could not speak to the call center until Monday. Than we chatted someone from your website than they called us . but if we don t speak English we could not communicate with someone.
