"Our visit can only be described as comical. We booked a room with a kitchen, never saw one. Apparently our booking had been taken when they were full. There were language barriers which contributed to our issues ok but we ended up in a room that was not fit for purpose. Internet was spasmodic, the shower was broken, we only managed one hot shower each across 3 days. The bathroom door was broken meaning it could not be closed. "We were a family of 7 with four children. This apartment was amazing! One of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. Very spacious, a good central location with taxis into the main central area. The staff were brilliant, so approachable and kind. Apartment was very clean, loved all the little finishing touches like the lights, the decor, was brilliant. The courtyard outside is nice n quiet and a lovely space. So pleased. Would definitely book this again if we ever return back to Bursa!"
