"A friend and her daughter and I stayed here for 4 days. We walked all over the island, enjoyed the lux beach facility accessible to guests for free and did a day trip to Bergama. Easy drive from Istanbul. Great restaurants and shops. I'm a Turkish speaker, so it was easy for me, but this is mostly a vacation spot for Turks, so English is not so common. Hotel staff was super helpful and friendly. Lovely poolside breakfast buffet. I will definitely stay here again if I am in Cunda. "

"Es un lugar que transmite paz, como toda la isla de Cunda (por lo menos en invierno, cuando la visite). Todo es bonito y Los espacios comunes son un placer. El desayuno es abundante, variado y delicioso. Las habitaciones no son muy amplias, pero son limpias y muy agradables. El personal es muy amable y atento. Sin duda, volvería."

"5 stars. Kladya was the perfect host. She was very welcoming and upgraded us to a sea view room, which was very comfortable. There was no restaurant but frequent buses outside the hotel go to Ayvalik and Cunda where there are numerous restaurants. The breakfast was a feast and was a great start to our day."

For example, sheets were so clean, on the contrary bathroom was with full of mold, back part of faucet was moldy again. Also, it says “beach hotel” in the hotel explanation, but it is not on the beach, you need to take the shuttle. "

"Beautiful hotel, lovely, renovated and clean rooms.Excellent breakfast. We had rooms on the third floor with small cute balconies and sea views. Charming outdoor and gardens. Ali bey was extremely nice and so very kind and helpful in planning our trip. He went above and beyond for me when I was planning a surprise birthday for my sister. I am so grateful for all his help. "The Despot Evi in Cunda is an astoundingly beautiful facility. The reconstruction has brought the rich history to life in a sexy manner. And the staff is top notch. But the 1 problem I had which was significant is that there is a Mosque adjacent to the hotel property. So 5 times a day a very loud message is blasted out for you to pray. Very loud. Very oppressive."

"Make sure you approach the hotel from the east. The streets beyond the hotel are so narrow a large suv will not pass between the house walls . Lovely stone hotel. Nice sized room and bed. Great breakfast. "
