"This was a great option in Grand Isle -- itself a pretty cool destination...there's not a ton to do there, but that's kind of the point...old school motels and restaurants and a nice, little used white sand beach on the gulf coast. Motel ownership was great -- really friendly, communicative, and available. The only knock on the this location is that the room sizes listed (sq ft) are way off -- the largest one offered is listed as almost 3,000 sq ft but it's absolutely no where near that...it'd...

"The property was clean, quiet, and in a convenient location with easy access to shopping and dining. Staff was friendly, and overall the experience was excellent. The only issue was that the toilet in our room wasn’t working properly, which was a bit of an inconvenience. Aside from that, everything else was solid and met expectations. Would stay again if that gets fixed."
