"Overall was a good stay! Comfortable beds and bathrooms. However the night attendant had zero customer service skills. It was 1 am and we had been driving all day from our cross country trip from Florida to California and now back home. We simply needed a place to rest our heads at night. We had done this many nights so it has become routine. I even called before 11 pm to let them know we would be arriving after midnight so they could check us in.
