"The front desk lady that checked us in was very nice. Limited parking out front, but it’s free and we got a spot. Rooms are nice, though a little dated. Slow internet, but you’re in the heart of the Black Forrest so it is what it is. Overall great location and friendly staff. I would absolutely recommend staying here. Easy short drive to the buses for the Christmas market too!"

"We stayed here for 4 nights. Wednesday through Sunday. There’s a bus stop right down the street but only until 7pm. If you come back to hotel after that the nearest bus stop is a 15-20 minute walk. And on Sundays the bus doesn’t run until 1pm- which was unfortunate because we needed to get to the airport- but staff arranged a taxi for us on Sunday morning which was fantastic. "Great little apartment with stunning views over Lenzkirch. Snow galore while we visited, which was beautiful. Grocery stores and town around 10 mins walk down the hill. Lovely walking paths that start just down the street. Black Forest card (hochschwarzwald card) is given if staying 2 or more nights. Kitchen small but well equipped with stovetop, oven and dishwasher. No microwave but plenty of pots and pans and utensils. Travel cot and highchair were also in good condition.
