"The plus side to this property is it’s location: just tremendous! The town, it’s location in the Black Forest and being close to other towns checked all of our needs list. This property could use an update and the WIFi service was very poor to terrible. That said, we would stay there again."

"We stayed here for 4 nights. Wednesday through Sunday. There’s a bus stop right down the street but only until 7pm. If you come back to hotel after that the nearest bus stop is a 15-20 minute walk. And on Sundays the bus doesn’t run until 1pm- which was unfortunate because we needed to get to the airport- but staff arranged a taxi for us on Sunday morning which was fantastic. "First time I stay here and only chose this hotel because of three things: fantastic breakfast, gym and bike hire. The bike hire did not work at all as the hotel stopped it the day I arrived (unlucky) . The breakfast was indeed fantastic, and the gym was not too bad (does not qualify as a gym though, more like a fitness room) . "

"Great choice in the area to explore both sides of the border. It is much cheaper to stay in Germany than Switzerland. A ten minute walk to the Rheinfelden train station on the Swiss side where you can access all of Switzerland. Breakfast is very good, room is up to date and clean. Staff is friendly and attentive. Elevator is tiny! Several grocery stores nearby. Would like it better if the room to had a fridge. I've stayed here twice and would happily do so again."
