"We went for a staycation for my daughter’s birthday. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond. It is a vintage space so no place for chargers per se and in winter it’s a bit cold - but they have plenty of outlets and additional heaters and the staff goes above and beyond throughout the entire stay. We loved it!"

We waited 45 min in line to check in, multiple parties had issues as the hotel seems confused about amounts to charge if you are a hotels.com customer.
