Clean, well-maintained, and affordable. Probably the best value in the area around I94. Very close to the freeway and easy access to all of Ann Arbor. There is a small deposit (refundable after checkout) so plan on that fee on top of your stay. But considering the other options, I think it’s well worth it. I’m in the area fairly often and this will be my go to when I need a place to stay.

I rented a room i couldn't stay in, there was roaches in the bathroom shower and on the walls. I reported it to front desk i didn't long no want to stay there i asked for a refund and was told i couldn't get my money back

TV had limited channels, no hair dryer in room. Only coffee on premises in lobby. Very basic. Had issue with retrieving item accidently left in room, hopefully this has been resolved.
