"Comfortable bed. Furniture and bathroom threshold need maintenance. Good breakfast. Waffle maker, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, oj, pasteries, etc. "

"Carla was hunched over her phone and literally was standing in front of her until she looked up to greet me- not the automatic door that opened just steps away that alerted my entrance. Then she proceeded to answer the phone and instead of putting that person on a brief hold- she continued to make hand gestures or write things on a piece of paper of the items she needed for my check in process. Room was clean and comfortable even though you can see the years of wear on the hotel. "

"Constantly dripping water in kitchen sink, only luke warm water and low water pressure in shower, pillow was too hard, bed was too small; double size bed ,not queen size bed. Property manager was not friendly and had bad attitude, not welcoming the guests."

"My husband and I get a suite every year for a weekend getaway and we absolutely enjoy this tradition we started 3 years ago. We have every intention to continue this tradition. It's always clean. I think the only down fall I can think of is all the suites are on the basement level and you can hear every footstep if someone is staying in the room above you, but I'm willing to put that aside to have a suite with a personal hottub on your personal patio. We love Sawtelle!!"
