"Couldn't pull out the handle on the shower. Had to call for someone to come up and pull it out. Very difficult to regulate the temperature of the shower.I t was either too hot or too cool. I thought the bed was too soft. but my husband slept well and liked the bed."

"Drove 7 hrs to get to a family funeral. We always stay at Springhill Suites and again very satisfied. Loved to view of the LDS Temple, river and waterfalls. Our room was very comfortable. "

"The only downside is that the 4:30 and 5:00 AM shuttles are reserved for flight crews. But even with a 6:55 flight out 5:30 shuttle arrived with plenty of time to spare. Very nice accommodations."
