We only have 2 complaints: 1) when we walked in the room, it smelled musty and I have a severe mold allergy so I was worried about a reaction (didn't have one) but it would be great if the rooms could have the fans turned on before we arrive to air out the room. 2) we could smell the purple cleaner while in the breakfast area. It would be great if you could find a more natural cleaner instead of that strong smell/harsh chemical used around...

The attendant at the front was having issues with the computer and asking management for help, but they failed to give him any solutions and he had to figure it out himself.
