"Greatocation for access to all areas of Yellowstone. Room was spacious,.comfortable and the little fridge was handy. Coin operated laundry nearby too. Staff were friendly and helpful, had to wait to check-in due to being very busy, but all went smoothly."

"This property has three types of accommodations - the hotel itself, cabins and a lodge which are all close to the main hotel. The main hotel does not offer king beds and if you want this type of room, you will be assigned to the lodge. This building was once used to house staff. That tells you all you need to know - bare bones, but decent. No staff are onsite at the lodge. It is primarily for sleeping. There are 4 chairs in a little sitting area right by the front door. "Great place. Staff at breakfast in the morning are a little pushy when time comes to clean the tables, as if they were paid by the number of plates they remove. They take the plates away from you when you are still chewing... Kind of bizzare. Other than that the place is great."

"The hot tub, cookies, breakfast and maid service were great. We loved the shuttle going up to the mountain and front desk people were so helpful. Our part of the hotel was older and we could hear boots up stairs and the garbage collectors at 3am outside our room woke us up every morning but for the price, it was great! We will be back but would stay in upgraded hotel room."
