"This property has three types of accommodations - the hotel itself, cabins and a lodge which are all close to the main hotel. The main hotel does not offer king beds and if you want this type of room, you will be assigned to the lodge. This building was once used to house staff. That tells you all you need to know - bare bones, but decent. No staff are onsite at the lodge. It is primarily for sleeping. There are 4 chairs in a little sitting area right by the front door. "We chose this property due to high ratings and proximity to the ski resort. The nightly rate was so low that it made me skeptical of the high ratings. In every way our expectations were surpassed. The room comfort, quiet and amenities were 1st class. The staff we all friendly, helpful and relaxed but professional. As an added bonus, the food at the restaurant was also very good. In over 20 years of travel to various ski destinations this stay was the best value we have had to date."
