"Lovely property. Rooms need a bit of a work as starting to look older in a few places. Very clean and quiet which was great. Food was lovely in the restaurant but quite pricey from certain dishes. I would say worth the price but wouldn’t do it 2 nights in a row."

"Comfortable room with adequate facilities. Room was a bit cold to start with as there was no heating on, despite winter weather. Heating was by direct electric panel heater so was reasonably quick to act. Set 3 course evening meal was OK but not great value. Breakfast good. We may well use this hotel again."

"The hotel was great! Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional & helpful. The breakfast provided was okay & there were even hot options available so more than I expected. The area around the hotel has roadwork being completed which looks close to finished. So should be okay in the near future. "
