Had to leave on emergency and the property owners weren’t willing to budge on a refund. Not in a great part of Philly but not in the worst part I guess. Decent pizza around the block but for the pricing you can find something in old town at the same rate with much more to do. "

"Property was clean and located near where we wanted to be. Double locks, one at enter and one at top of first flight of steps was added security. As many have said kitchen is lacking. If you plan to cook bring everything thing you need. Including salt and pepper, cooking oil, sugar, etc. Paper plates are a good idea also, not many dishes. Worked well for us and was cheaper than the two hotel rooms we would have needed. "
