"Smart property with friendly staff. Nice breakfast buffet served in the morning. Hotel is in a quieter area of Blackpool seafront which will suit many, but otherwise it's a bit of a walk to attractions and facilities."

"Great hotel with brilliant location next door to the pleasure park. Great for families and bedrooms are really well thought out and as new condition. Food and drinks are pricey as is the parking which they charge from 12pm-12pm but you can only check in from 3pm (and at which time I arrived at the hotel). "

"Staff [apart from one ] all excellent. Room decor lovely , and quiet. Bathroom floor and carpet could do with a clean. Good nights sleep in comfy clean bed. Decent breakfast. Entertainment not for us too noisy. Would stay again."

We had a nice stay, the only thing that slightly marred our stay were the special offers advertised in the room, for the same price we had paid for room only, they were offering dinner and breakfast inclusive which was a little disappointing"

"£71 fortnight family room so just expected what we paid for a bed for the night.. was very surprised from the moment we entered was a lively welcome nice clean room and comfy bed pool room for a little play was very impressed and would definitely go again. Was just off sea front too so not right in the noisy street but on the side street was perfect. Complimentary tea coffee in room too. "
