"Hotel was great and perfect for what we needed as a family of three. The staff where helpfull and polite with excellent customer service. The room was clean and well maintained, and just the right size for us. The hotel is perfectly located, with the Pleasure Beach just round the corner, and a tram station two minutes walk away. The breackfast was good quality and tasted fantastic, the hashbrown bites where a hit with all of us. I would highly recomend this hotel to anyone. "

"I loved it. Nice and quiet lovely comfy beds and a snooker table. Yes its in need of a new cloth and some new balls but its rare to find a hotel that jas one these days. Id stay there this week but its fully booked out!"
