"Everything was perfect except for one thing, i will talk about the positive first, the location of the hotel was really nice, it had a lot of restaurants that are walking distance which i loved, the hotel design is beautiful, however the one thing that i dislike was about the shower, the shampoo and conditioner bottles for the hotel were super small, for a person that has long hair it bothered me because i was using a little of shampoo and conditioner because i wanted it to last for the days i was staying in the hotel, other than that everything else was perfect. "

"We stayed here about 2 weeks ago and had a great experience all the way around. This time was not as favorable. The staff was great and pleasant. The door to room 303 would swing shut but would not latch unless you pushed it hard and the inside lock would not lock at all. The bathroom sink backed up all the time. I wiped up a water spill from the floor and the paper came up dirty (I guess it depends on which maid is cleaning it.). The room smelled a little musty and came to realize it came from the AC, it either needed a new filter or a new AC. The bed was very comfortable and had gotten a great night sleep as long as the AC was off."

"The price was very reasonable, and the location turned out to be convenient. The staff were friendly, and the room was very clean and neat, making my stay very satisfactory. It's clear why this place has such a high rating."

"My family and i stayed for 2 nights , we enjoyed our stay.the staff was very nice, we had a very nice bay view and it was very quiet and peaceful, my kids enjoyed the pool. We definitely will be going back and highly recommend it."

"We had a fabulous time. The hotel is on the older side, but that did not affect the stay at all. The mattress was great. Multiple options of pillows. Room had fridge, safe, iron, and hair drier. We got a room with balcony bayside, beautiful views. Room was made up every day. Pool clean with towels available. Staff friendly and helpful, my son went up to our room with all keys while we were at the pool and the desk got me an extra one. Coffee cart was great. Wish they had a restaurant, but Claim Jumper shares space with them. Not my favorite restaurant but still good food. Only negative is that the bathrooms don't have vents, but the water was very hot, everything in working order and clean, so it didn't matter too much."
