"The location was amazing and the view from the bed was great! The place had all the necessitates. Interactions with the host were prompt and friendly. They also provided an option for us to have groceries delivered and stocked before we arrived! I would highly recommend this place and will look for properties to stay with this host again! The only thing i would recommend is a makeup mirror or another mirror in the bathroom that's easier to reach for short people!"

"We loved our stay here! The place was clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We cooked everyday, and had a little trouble with the stove at first, but Ryan kindly came over to show us how to operate it. Their place is close to everything-the beach, restaurants, airport and train station. Restaurants and beaches are very close within walking distance. You do not need a car to stay here. We can’t wait to come back!"

"We enjoyed the space of this two-bedroom apartment, above a coffee shop. It's about 2 blocks to the beach, and two blocks in the other direction to the bay. Best of all, it's right on a bus line. We were very happy to be car-less in San Diego, using buses and Lyfts was both cheaper and less stressful than renting and driving a car. "

"The LOCATION is the absolute best for this little gem. Beds are super comfy! Bathroom was very tiny, but completely doable. Owners responsive. Olives cafe was just around the corner and had delicious breakfast. Cheap rentals was very friendly and convenient to the beach. Would recommend! "

"WOW! WOW! WOW! Book this place today. Beautiful Gull's Rest was the perfect spot. Myself and 6 sisters stayed here for a long weekend and it was the best spot There wasn't one complaint. The Condo was exactly as described. OOPS on US! We did rent a large SUV and just as described in the listing it did not fit in the tandem 2 car garage. We stayed in January so we didn't have to much trouble finding street parking. Kitchen was well stocked and clean. Washer and dryer with soap was a nice...

"A wonderful little cottage so close to the beach, perfect for a solo traveller or a couple. While cozy, it has all the room one would need to sleep, chill and cook - we used the kitchen quite extensively and greatly appreciated the tools available. It was great being able to walk to all of our favorite haunts, too!The only reason this didn't give 5 stars was the noise from a neighbor or neighbors - I don't hold the host responsible, but overall it did affect our sleep. Ideally this is not...
