"Property is in complete disrepair. External trash bins completely full and overflowing. Pool was not appealing at all. 2 Throw pillows on the bed instead of standard size pillows. Carpeting so dingy, good thing I don't wear white socks as a habit. Blackout curtains are a joke. Bathroom: door knob loosely installed backwards. Existing shower curtain may as well not exist.
