"A pousada é bem localizada e o atendimento foi bom, mas de modo geral, a experiência foi bem negativa. A pousada não tem recepção, então o check-in foi fetio na área do café da manhã. Quando reservamos, não estava especificado que o quarto só tinha ventilador, e tivemos que pagar mais R$30,00 por um quarto com ar-condicionado (que não gelava nem na temperatura mínima). O quarto tem uma cama de casal pequena e uma outra cama que eu nem sei o que é. Não tem cortina blackout, então todos conseguiam...

"Our first room was moldy smelling with a window in a kind of maintenance shaft. Fortunately the staff was able to move us to a better room one floor up which was larger and not moldy smelling. However the towels and sheets are very old (not so white anymore), so there's only so much the cleaning staff can do. The pool and garden area were a bit run down. Just next to this hotel is a hostel which plays loud music from evening until around 1am, so we slept with earplugs every single night. I...
