"Excelente hotel !"

"The property grounds are nice, spacious and well kept. The beach beautiful. We had a standard room, very noisy and with the view to the parking lot, tried to change rooms but the receptionist didn't do nothing about it. Tried the next day, same answer. These girls at the reception are useless, they do not helped in any way. Tried to get a late checkout, same thing. No help at all. Too bad that such a nice hotel have these type of people working there, it makes you think twice in going back."

"Excellent stay. Staff was very kind and helpful. The beach in front of the hotel is amazing, and the restaurant was superb. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had a minor issue where the room was a bit different than the pictures, but they quickly recognized the mistake and compensated us more than fairly. Would stay again."

"O melhor do hotel foram os funcionários (a excessão de 1 rapaz do café da manhã, ríspido e insosso) da recepção em especial Marcilene muito competente. No quarto o Box para banho muito apertado, precisam rever isso! No mais café da manhã muito bom e acomodações limpas e sem mofo! Estacionamento apertado e rotativo para 6 carros. Agradeço a simpatia e atenção de todos pois sanavam os problemas que apareciam ! "
