"Villa was nice and convenient to locations we needed to get to my wife’s aunt 100th Birthday celebration. Communication with hosts/property managers was great. USPS dropped off an order and placed in Villas mailbox. Mgr came then next evening and retrieved package and brought it to the bills. Great Customer Service Thanks for everything. "

"Wife and I came out for 6 days to watch Spring Training. Property is as advertised and excellent. Pool was heated and hot tub heated up quickly for use. Tons of entertainment amenities on property that we took full advantage of from putt putt to Golden Tee (Hole in One!). Was worried it would be private enough as in a neighborhood but was very private. Love to cook as well and the kitchen and grill worked perfectly. "Found a used syringe in the house shortly after check in. The house looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while or had things fixed when broken. The master bathroom had sticky substances on the walls and coffee ring stains on the counter. All of the carpets were extremely stained and looked very dirty. “Rode hard and put up wet” comes to mind when describing the property. "Great launching pad for a buddies golf trip. Plenty of space, easy check in and nice outdoor space made this a great place to stay. Easy to recommend to anyone else looking for a great golf trip. Played Grayhawk, Gold Canyon and Sunridge Canyon — all less than 30 minutes away. Also dining in Scottsdale not far away. Easy place to have a great time!"

"We had a great stay in this Gilbert, AZ Vrbo! It was perfect choice for relaxing stay while in town for our son's wedding. So glad we switched from staying in a nearby resort where there would have been lots of people, noise and parking issues. Pool was heated to our desired temp, parked in garage, and neighborhood was so quiet and close to all the places we needed to be! Loved our stay here!"
