"This hotel has, without a doubt, the best service I experienced during a three week trip in Korea, sometimes staying at four and five star hotels. The accommodations were fantastic, the breakfast was good, the dining options were really good, the chef is excellent. But the main thing is the service. This staff is fantastic. They even showed me how to use the washing machine that was all Korean language. They went out of their way. I only wish that this were on my regular route of travel so that I could stay there again and again and again."

"Great hotel! I had no problem communicating in English with the very friendly staff. Room is very clean and modern, air conditioning works flawlessly. Nespresso coffee is available 24/7, so I didn't need to search out coffee elsewhere. Homemade Korean breakfast was delicious. I look forward to returning to Korea and I would absolutely come back to this hotel. Strongly recommended."

"Our room was fabulous! It was clean and spacious. I loved that I could unpack my suitcase and put my clothes in drawers and hang them up. I appreciated the full sized mirrors. The bathroom was spacious which made it easy to get ready. The staff was very quick to answer questions or help us when needed. The hotel breakfast was amazingly delicious. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. "
