"Easy communication, easy accessibility, house was as described. Stayed with my husband and son, would have easily slept another person or two, only one bathroom so maybe not my daughter lol. House was stocked with comfortable furniture (and an actual king bed that I never wanted to get out of) and cozy blankets and pillows. Broad Ripple was .4 miles about a 5-10 min walk. Will definitely stay again."

"My son and I had a wonderful stay in this rental for a weekend swim meet at IUPUI. It was the perfect size for two people traveling from out of town. The full kitchen was a great bonus for cooking in, but with so many nearby restaurants, we also had plenty of dining options within easy reach. The location was ideal, just a few minutes from the pool, which made early morning warmups hassle-free. I could easily drop off my swimmer, head back to relax, and have breakfast before the competition...

"4 of us rented this house for just one night over our fall break so we could get away somewhere close but different. We live an hour away and the hot tub and fire pit were our main draw. They did not disappoint. We hot tubbed most of the night and then sat around the fire. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We were wishing we could have stayed longer. "

"It was a greatbplace. I definitely will stay again. There was no exit instructions so i just did what i would have wanted if someone was staying in my house. I had to buy towels due to i couldnt find any in the house. After the first day i decided to look in the dryer and there was towels. Overall the host was super nice."

"We stayed several days with family, the parking was inconvenient, as you needed to park across the street on the curb since the road is very narrow. Not the best area either, so we were worried about our rental. The house is very old and has been quickly renovated. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms & 3 bedrooms, and the wifi worked great. They did have plenty of towels for the bathrooms and the laundry area was exceptional. "

"Neighbors called police because my horse trailer did not have license plate. Im from Kentucky, its not required. There was blood on the door trim .crawl space was open. I was concerned critters might get in there."
