"It was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Coffee station was a bit dusty but really who is there for the coffee in the room so that doesn’t matter. Everything else was sparkling clean, great amenities. "

"Front desk was helpful upon check in. When we booked there was no mention of parking fees. Having stayed at this hotel before we didn’t have parking fees. This visit however did. The room was clean enough but worn. The carpet frayed , chairs worn , bed was hard , the hall ways very warm and had an odd smell. Over all the stay was fine and staff helpful. The hotel is in a nice location and has nice views but definitely needs some updating. "

I had a couple of complaints about the floors not being clean enough and the running water in the living area wasn't fixed properly after I complained about it but I was offered to move into a different room but because we had already did our own cleaning and disinfected the entire room with our own cleaning supplies and we had already unpacked and made the beds with our own sheets we decided...
