"I was very impressed with this hotel, the staff was wonderful, they keep the rooms very clean and cheery. The proprty and rooms have had some updates but some areas could use a little touch up paint, but could be difficult if always rented out. I can't say enough about Phillip and the other woman in office im sorry I forget her name, they were so accommodating. This place has parking on site for a fee, but is across from a parking ramp that might cost less? I can't wait to go back, 175ft...

"Everything was lovely except I felt rushed on my departure date. A front desk representative knocked around 9am to find out what time I was leaving. If your check out policy is 11am, you should not knock on people’s door to find out what time they are planning on leaving. It doesn’t feel like a luxurious experience when you do. "Let me start by saying that we've been to Sanibel many times - it's one of our favorite places. We've rented all over the island.Property is in a great location. It's near many restaurants, shops, markets, etc. (within a 5 min drive). Very short walk to the stunning beach. Property management company was outstanding to work with, and check-in/check-out was flawless. Unit offers everything you need.The only issue was the condition of the unit. The vertical blinds in the living room were broken...

"The home is beautiful and sufficient space for 8 to stay comfortably. The interior is nicer than the photos. It exceeded our expectations. We immediately rebooked for next year. Teresa was very responsive to our questions and anything we needed while there. The location is close to everything .. food, shopping and the beach. I could walk or ride the bikes which they have available to the majority of places I wanted to go. "
