They have their own 3rd party Renjoy website sent to you once it’s near the day of check in; info & rules of the house and stuff on there. We stayed here for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the quiet and peaceful setting, just minutes from amenities, and a short drive from Pike's Peak. "I had the pleasure of spending the Christmas holidays at Black Bear Chateu in Colorado Springs. The home was beautiful and my host, Mary Louise, had decorated my home with Christmas lights and decorations which made me feel right at home. The property has everything you could ask for including bedroom, kitchen, televisions in the living room and bedroom and deer and turkeys that visited every morning. "Had an excellent stay. Unit was very clean and nicely decorated. We were looking for a place that was close to Colorado Springs but wanted something that had a more rural feel and this unit did the trick. Although unit is located behind the owners house in a sub division, all the houses sit on a couple of acres so it feels like you are in a more remote area, especially with the mountains right behind. "We went to Colorado Springs to visit family for Thanksgiving and found this wonderful place to stay. The location was great. The place was really clean and had everything you could need for your stay. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had lots of amenities such as soaps, shampoos and conditioners. It is obvious they take pride in having guests stay there. The view out the back is absolutely spectacular. We will definitely be booking this place again as long as there is room :). Thank you...

"My husband and I brought our daughter to Colorado for her first vacation. Upon arriving the sweet lady at the front desk Debra accommodated the deposit needed for our stay, she was very sweet and helpful the whole stay! The location was amazing only 20 minutes away from garden of the gods! The breakfast was always a hit and served with a smile! We had to end our stay a day early, once again Debra made sure we were refunded for that nights stay! Our deposit was returned at check out, we will definitely be coming back! "

"We stopped at Trinidad’s La Quinta both going and coming from visiting family. It was right off the I-25! Next to a Wal-mart to grab affordable snacks. Breakfast was really good with a generous menu and other quick options. The staff was so friendly and everything was clean. "

Best Western Plus Executive Residency Fillmore Inn

"This is my first review to write about a property I’ve stayed at. I’ve never felt the need to til now. We arrived at this property on Christmas Day after a 13 hour car ride. We decided to check into our hotel room a few hours early. The front desk ask our name and we gave it to her. I really wish I could remember her name. She informed us that house keeping was off for the holiday and our room was not available. Our options were to stay in a smaller room without a kitchenette or cancel our reservation without penalties. I turned towards my husband of course I was a bit disappointed and exhausted from the ride and said we’ll take the smaller room so we can sleep. She overheard that we had just drove 13 hours and worked her magic. She was able to get us into a great room! She did everything she could to make our stay great! We had a great week and Christmas vacation. The rooms were clean, breakfast was great and they had a pizza buffet for dinner. This will definitely be a property we return to. "
