"Had to walk by a table of dirty dishes to get to the dining area. Maybe should’ve placed them somewhere else —maybe a different path for guests to walk to get to dining area."

"Our room with a view was just incredible! We stayed in a “club” room with a fireplace, outdoor access and gorgeous views of the Garden of the Gods rock formations. We brought our 8lb chihuahua so having ground floor access to grassy areas was very nice. "

"Staff was incredibly friendly. Beautiful hotel the room was very comfortable. Enjoyed the outdoor pool even though it was a little hard to find. I would recommend making sure there are signs to get to the pool. Overall, a great day."

"The room was spacious and clean, conveniently located in downtown Colorado Springs. Everything is within walking distance, with many restaurants just outside the hotel. The only downside is the parking situation; the hotel doesn’t have its own garage, so you’ll need to park on the street and pay the meter or opt for valet service, which incurs an extra fee. Overall, I still recommend it if you're looking for a place to stay in downtown."

"Very good stay. The room in the main castle was very nice. The breakfast was unexpectedly good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Many of the rooms were being renovated but the construction work did not detract from the peaceful quiet of the facility. Highly recommend for a getaway."

"The room was very difficult to control heat. Also too much ambient light when everything was turned off and trying to sleep. The clock radio is bright like a beacon, the light switch near door emits way to much brightness and the fire alarm blinks brightly intermittently. My wife slept all night with a pillow over her head, I just used a wash cloth over my eyes. Breakfast is about what I expected. "The owners were very attentive and pleasant and helpful! The cabin was clean and it had all the amenities we needed, better than most hotels and rentals. The beds were comfortable and sheets were warm and inviting. The cabin was heated when we arrived from a long cold day of driving. It had everything we needed to make nice hot meals for our family.
