"Excellent if you need a place to crash. Rooms are small but that’s NYC for you. Excellent value and you can sprint to the Union St metro. Just for that I’ll be back anytime I can. Cute, simple rooms. Just what I needed "

"Affordable. Pleasant front desk. Glad to be given handicap room with easy bathroom assistance."

"Location close to subway, and staff were for most part very nice. Breakfast included is nice option. There was flooding one night above our floor (we were on 3rd), so our neighboring room had to be disturbed for emergency repairs to be made -- from about 2am into the next day -- to our floor and, presumably, to others, including the lobby ceiling. But let's assume that was a one-off."

"Decent Room,quite clean. Thin walls, could hear the next room's TV and yelling. hHd to pay $20 just to park behind the hotel. Bed rolls around, sort of annoying. Basic breakfast on the first floor, with a waffle maker which was a nice touch. the pillows were atrocious, never had such a lumpy pile of garbage under my head. Overall a decent budget hotel to sleep for a night."
