Not ideal for families. The manager was nice and did try to offer a refund for a night. Not sure how many people want to hear music vibrating until 2am. Young me would not have cared. Sweet beach access"

"The location of Ms. Jay's place is unbeatable! My group and I were in town for an event in the Total Mortgage Arena. The drive was 5 minutes max! Ms. Jay is great with communication. "The rental was close to what was expected but did not have enough bedding for 6 people though we were told it could accommodate 6 people. The air quality in the rental was poor and had a dehumidifier, which we were not aware of until arrival, and came with no instructions that we needed to manually empty it. It smelled musty and moldy and couldve also used an air purifier. The rental was basic and couldve used some more homey touches. Location was convenient for what we were in town for."
