"Sweet location and they remodeled it nice. However, be warned the bar next door does loud live music and the whole building shakes. Would only reccomend to the young party crowd. Not ideal for families. The manager was nice and did try to offer a refund for a night. Not sure how many people want to hear music vibrating until 2am. Young me would not have cared. Sweet beach access"

"This apartment was perfect for me. I was in town for a Stony Brook parents weekend and was in close proximity to everything I needed. Comfy bed, very clean, private, and I liked having my coffee out on my patio in the mornings. Great communication from the owner as well. A+ all around!"

"This place was close to my son and family to whom we visited for a week Never met the host but that wasn't really necessary as entry was simple. Good wifi, tv and all our needs were met. Lots of niceties and although small the kitchen had a full sized fridge, oven, microwave and all dining essentials. "The rental was close to what was expected but did not have enough bedding for 6 people though we were told it could accommodate 6 people. The air quality in the rental was poor and had a dehumidifier, which we were not aware of until arrival, and came with no instructions that we needed to manually empty it. It smelled musty and moldy and couldve also used an air purifier. The rental was basic and couldve used some more homey touches. Location was convenient for what we were in town for."
