"Good experience as a whole, apart from the terrible noise caused all the night long (stopped only at 7 am !!) from the huge loudspeakers a sort of a disco 100meters away. But this is not the hotel's fault, it's because of that sort of crazy love capoverdians, even more than other Africans, have for loudness and noise. Unbearable.
