I explained to them, that I reserved this through Expedia and that it was never written in the information that it would have to be paid in cash. "Good location. Very secure complex 24/7 guards. Pool was fantastic, clean, good temperature. Could use a few more lounge chairs and umbrellas. On site staff we great, good laundry service and water delivery. Paolo and Alena were great, a few things broke and they replaced / repaired them right away. Lots of linens and towels. Condo was good. We would go back."

"I only stay for one day on a 13 day vacation. The power went out for more than 12 hours. Furthermore, there was no plumbing when the power went off. No ability to wash your hands or flush the toilet. It felt like being in a “HotBox”!! The hostess said that the power was out city wide, However, in town there was no problem with the power.. I chose this location because of its reviews. Clearly they are not being honest about the reviews.. "
