The property was in great condition, especially the pool. Food and service was also good and it was a great location bc it’s walkable up to the club and restaurants right up the beach (10min walk or so). Also what’s nice is it’s on the quiet end of the beach, away enough to have privacy but a quick walk when you want something busier. Loved our stay!

The ambiance, cleanliness of the property is well worth mentioning. The pleasant demeanor of the entire staff was a welcoming experience. Would most definitely call Millennium my home on my next visit.

The property is full of potential, and I have stayed there on other occasions but this time I can't help but comment about the staff who work there. The lack of uniform to identify it is a big problem, the pool and restaurant staff get confused with the guests because it is very easy to find them lying in the shade with their cell phone in their hand. Also be a little rude with the guests. It may be that this part of the hotel is sublet as the front desk, bar and spa staff have their uniforms, but the hotel looks bad thanks to the rudeness and lack of professionalism of the pool and restaurant staff. Regarding the physical part of the hotel, I think it is time to invest money in the rooms because they are starting to feel a little dated.

First, starting with the Manager of the property; MEGHAN C. MAGUIRE. Ms. Maguire, was extremely professional and kind. Before I even arrived to the Hotel, Ms. Maguire reached out to me via email to make sure everything was situated. During my stay, Ms. Maguire was so laid back and cool. She was always willing to suggest places to visit or answer any questions. Her office was always open for guest to come in and chat with her. I felt like I was talking with a friend from New York. It helped that she spoke English. The staff and front desk were extremely friendly as well. ILIANA, YAMILE and ENMANUEL, were extremely helpful in suggesting places for me to eat, shop, transportation and supermarkets. Very nice and funny to chat with. MERY, was also a staff member whom worked at the hotel bar. She was extremely helpful at also suggesting great places to eat. I had a ball and great laughs with YAMILE AND MERY. YAMILE, was nice enough to place my food for delivery, being that I did not know the way some of the restaurants operated. I was in fact in a different country. I wrote everyone’s name in CAPS, to point out how these individuals, were so helpful and friendly. I would like other future guest, to remember their names; and have the same experience. The pool staff at the restaurant were also extremely friendly. First with the owner, DAVID and staff; WILSON AND MICHELLE. Thanks again guys for my amazing hospitality. May GOD Bless you all. I will be back soon!!!!

At check-in received very little info about property amenities and layout. Pool staff did not treat each customer equally with addressing and questioning who belonged there and who did not. Thankfully management made up for it by accommodating us with a complimentary spa treatment, as it was our anniversary as well. Had a great time engaging with late night staff members in the entertainment area. Service at the restaurant was good, but the best thing were the killer BloodyMarys.

The property is one of the newer properties on the beach. It was clean and in good repair. The staff wasn’t as friendly or proactive about service as I’ve experienced in other resorts in Dominican Republic. The restaurant food was not my preference but they had many different options.
