"The location of this hotel was nice, beautiful scenery. It was a clean room. It was nice that I could pay extra to be picked up from my bus, especially when it was kind of late 10pm. But I actually felt unwelcome kind of odd like I wasn’t supposed to be there. When we arrived I was just placed into my room quickly and wasn’t given any information, nothing about the wifi or breakfast. I guess there isn’t breakfast? "Delicious food for dinner and breakfast. Such a peaceful relaxing stay with a great view. Wish we could have stayed longer. We had a spider in our room but that is expected with the location. The host and their family are so warm and welcoming we would definately return if we are back in that area. "

"I stayed here for 1 night — arriving on the overnight bus from Hanoi at 4am but they immediately checked me in and showed me to my room, which I was very grateful for. This is a hostel —not a hotel. Their breakfast was good and the friendly staff was great. When I asked them if they could hook me up with a scooter and driver to take me to Paradise cave (and back), they did so within 15 minutes — and the driver took me through the park on a scenic tour to boot! "

"Awesome place to have a laid back stay in Phong Nha. We went in January and were the only ones in the hotel. Originally we had booked 2 bunks but when we arrived they put us in 2 private rooms. Not sure if it was a mixup or an upgrade but it was a nice change after a month sharing rooms. "
