"The place has amazing views over the river. The room as clean and tidy. Breakfast had a small pre-order selection, but it was tasty and felt like local produce. The only downside was that the room felt cold and damp without any heating avaliable, but they do provide an extra thick blanket over the bed. "

"We loved the courtyard and our room walked out to the pool and sitting area. The staff are great they picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station free of charge. Breakfast is included and delicious and the manager speaks great english and is very helpful and knowledgeable. "

"The location of this hotel was nice, beautiful scenery. It was a clean room. It was nice that I could pay extra to be picked up from my bus, especially when it was kind of late 10pm. But I actually felt unwelcome kind of odd like I wasn’t supposed to be there. When we arrived I was just placed into my room quickly and wasn’t given any information, nothing about the wifi or breakfast. I guess there isn’t breakfast? "Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Can book tours directly from the front desk and rent scooters. In the centre of town with lots of restaurant options around and close to the caves. Definitely would recommend if you're visiting Phong Nha!"

"Clean cozy, high-ceilinged hotel with complementary coffee, water, breakfast, and happy hour beer! The host family was delightful and helped us arrange scooter rentals, caving expeditions, and a taxi through the DMZ areas on our way to Hue. Highly recommended!"

"Fab stay. Helpful from start to finish. We had breakfast. Delightful simple breakfast which was super cheat. Laundry completed and transfers organised. It was a brief stay for one night but loved this area so much we wished we stayed longer. Limited tourism which is right up my street but plenty to do in the day and night "

"I think that if you love camping and don't mind seeing some tiny flying critters in the room, this is a great place for you. The room is basic but it's got a wonderful view of the mountains and the river that the boat tours pass through. The host was nice to talk with and was helpful with your questions (in English). The host booked a tour for me for the same morning."

"Nice clean property easy walking areas right outside and around the property. Only down side. We didn’t have hotwater and they did not have a hairdryer which my girlfriend was upset over. We only stayed one afternoon/evening and had to fly out the next morning. Highly recommend the hotel adding hair dryers to their rooms "

"Delicious food for dinner and breakfast. Such a peaceful relaxing stay with a great view. Wish we could have stayed longer. We had a spider in our room but that is expected with the location. The host and their family are so warm and welcoming we would definately return if we are back in that area. "

"This place is amazing. The best place in Phong Nha by far. The staff was so helpful. They booked us airport transfers for $23 USD each was, rented us a scooter to see the caves and suggested to just do the caves ourselves instead of the tours which was so beneficial and smart. "We had the most wonderful stay here. It was one of our favourite parts of Vietnam. It was peaceful and relaxing in the countryside and on the lake. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere with warm, welcoming staff and animals! The rooms were beautiful and the restaurant had lots of choice. The daily free yoga was a huge highlight and we were able to rent bikes to get to nearby attractions. We will recommend this hotel to everyone and we hope to stay again soon. "
