"We loved staying in this home, and with 3 generations, it was well suited to our needs. The kitchen was very well stocked and made it easy to do all our holiday baking. The five bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths meant that everyone had their privacy. The views of the river made for a perfect setting. We hope to return again in the future. "

There were a couple of unexpected bonuses including an extra refrigerator in the garage which was very helpful for all the food we needed for Thanksgiving, and secondly that they had two sets of washers and dryers which was very helpful for a large group. "I needed a place to stay and celebrate Christmas with my daughter that lives in Somerset. I wanted something that would feel "homey" for the holiday and this was definitely it! "We had an amazing stay at the property. The house was very clean and had tons of amenities! Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was stocked with complimentary chips and had fresh flowers out. We loved the sunroom and spent a ton of time out there watching Tv, watching movies, and playing PlayStation. Internet was non-existent the last couple days but we knew from the listing that it was hit or miss and we used our hotspots. Will definitely be traveling here again to stay in the future!"

The deck is the focal point and is great for sitting out and admiring the water, enjoying an evening fire or cooking out dinner. My only complaint is in sleeping comfort.
