It's an older building and can use some attention. The staff was great. Very helpful and courteous. Overall it was clean and i felt comfortably staying there. I'd stay there again.

The hotel was easy to find. Very easy check in. There was no ice during our visit unfortunately. Breakfast was less than average. No juice was available.

The property is a kid and could use a complete overhaul. Our room smelled musty and dirty. Our bathroom shower was over very bad shape. The shower curtain would not stay closed due to the curtain rod sagging to the middle. We tolerated it for three nights but would not book it again. Unfortunately, the area is pretty limited in choices.

The girls at The front desk were awesome. They went out of their way to make sure that all our rooms were coordinated. We had family coming in for funeral and not everybody got there at the same time. They took care of our cards when they wouldn't open our doors and what more can I say. The only thing we had go wrong is we went to iron a shirt on the ironing board and we took it down off the wall and the legs fell off and they weren't even attached to the board. But a little quick thinking we grabbed the ironing board out of one of our other rooms and that saved the day. The bathroom sink has a corner on it by the toilet. Might need to put something on the corner cuz I kept banging my back of my elbow on that corner every time I sat down on the toilet. I would like to see your establishment get better and better cuz we really enjoyed our stay there. And we will come back.

the first room i went to was full of mold in the shower. No shower curtain. Beds are hard. I was over charged for the room. they held out $100.00 without telling me they were going to do it.

I reserved a king size 1 bed with jacuzzi tub on Expedia and after checking in and getting to our room there wasn’t. Jacuzzi tub, it was sort of late when we arrived but we had hoped to at least get in the pool, it closed at 10.Went to service desk for a trash bag and the lady was rude to my fiancé.

Made reservations in January for June. Showed up to check in and they had given our room away. We had to stay in London, 45 minutes away, because there were no rooms available anywhere else due to the car show in town.
