This cozy chic apartment has been totally refurbished with a lot of taste and paying lots of attention to detail. It offers an open plan living-dining-kitchen area, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. Located on the second floor it offers a great view of the harbour, and in less than 5 minutes you are down by the marina, with all the bars, restaurants, shops, beach and rest of amenities of the area. The way to the apartment is either up or down a long staircase with low steps. It has access via two different streets. Most of the decoration items have been handcrafted by the owners, what makes it all more special and shows how much they care for their guests to feel comfortable. Equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, TV, wifi, dishwasher, oven/microwave, and all kitchen items you might need to spend a lovely an relaxing time. What better than sitting in the comfortable arm chair and enjoy the nice views?

Excellent view
We had a lovely holiday at the Chic Flamingo apartment. Looking at the panoramic view of the Port de Soller harbour each day was fabulous. It was a great base for walking, cycling and swimming. The apartment was spotlessly clean and we hope to return again soon.

Amazing Time
It was our first time staying in Mallorca. The apartment was perfect for being used as a central hub. From there, we could explore the island and the local surroundings. The car park near the property was safe and we always found a space. It was 5 minutes (if that) to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. We would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Mallorca/Port de Sóller.

Another great stay in port de soller
My sister and I stayed in the apartment for 8 days and absolutely loved it. Perfect space for 2 people and absolutely immaculate. There are a few stairs to the property however no problem for us and gave us an excuse for an ice cream in the evenings! Contact with owner and check in process was seamless. Thanks for another great stay in the port!

The apartment is perched just back from the sea front, it's a bit of a climb but nothing of concern to an able bodied person. The location is perfect for exploring Port de Soller. The apartment itself is clean and well fitted with everything you could need on holiday. Perfect!

121 steps
The apartment was nice and modern. The description said there are a number of steps to the apartment however this didn't paint the true picture, 121 steps to be precise !!! These had to be climbed after walking up a steep road and for someone with a mobility or respiratory condition would have been extremely difficult. If we had known about the121 steps we would not have made the booking.

Fabulous Apartment with stunning Port view
This lovely property is exactly as described, chic, comfortable, all the facilities a couple would need including piping hot power shower, kitchen utilities and fast broadband. The sun is coming through the apartment open windows in the morning then cools down in the late afternoon and evening which is perfect after a day on the beach. There are steps up to the apartment entry but this kept the calories down after sampling the super Port Soller Cafes and Restaurants! Our communication with the apartment owners/managers was first class both in the lead up to the holiday, directions etc AND whilst we were there. Would highly recommend and we will be looking to return. thank you Xisca and staff.

A little gem in beautiful Port de Soller!
Port de Soller did not disappoint. Restaurants galore, and just a joy to walk around. The apartment was well-equipped and clean and the view is every bit as spectacular as the pictures show. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay, the apartment is clean, bright and airy. Wonderful air conditioning and plenty of hot water. The neighbourhood was quiet and settled down at a decent hour for a good nights rest. As noted by others, there are plenty of steps up to the apartment - 3 flights of shallow steps (no hand-rail) and 2 further flights up to the apartment, we feel this was a little under-represented in our initial inquiry as one of our party has balance issues and long flights of stairs are difficult, but in the end we had no no problems - worth noting though. The climb is worth it for the view once in the apartment and once you descend the steps to street level, you are only 100 metres from a wonderful hotspot of cafes and restaurants beside the harbour. If we are coming back to the area, we will look this little gem up again. Communication with hosts was excellent and check-in, paying tourist tax and check-out was beautifully smooth.

Beautiful location and views. We loved it!
We stayed in Port de Soller for 8 days for vacation and it was a great place for enjoying the whole island with a car. Parking was easy at night, but the lots fill up with tourists visiting for the day, so assume no parking until sunset. The apartment is quiet and has great views. The only things it was missing are minor like a shelf in the shower. We would also have appreciated some basic coffee in the apartment on arrival. The only negative we had was the city tax. Please just charge us for it through Vrbo or give us a PayPal option. Having to make time to drive to Soller, struggle and fail to find parking, and pay cash for this on our first full day was very inconvenient and wasted a lot of time. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend. Thank you
