You are just far enough away that you are not caught up in the busyness, but closes enough to go back and forth if you forget something....

"This townhouse is just perfect! It is spacious, beautifully presented and has the most wonderful views of the bay. The roof terrace has sun all day long and was such a wonderful best place to relax in the evening with a nice glass of wine watching the sun go down. The location is perfect, just a short 5 minute walk down the hill to wide range of bars and restaurants. We have stayed in Port de Soller many times and this has been the best experience yet. "

"Really good location to explore the local area on foot or with public transport. Lovely being in the orange and lemon orchards. Beautiful outside eating areas on the property. Would recommend smallest car hire as approach to prpperty is tight."

"This beautiful home has superb views over the Soller Valley and is ideally situated for some of the best hikes along the GR221 our favourite is the circular route to Fornalutx. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a constant source of hot water, the bed is very comfortable. Outside on the terrace the views are stupendous and evenings are a delight watching the sun go down over the mountains with a glass of Rioja The hosts Maria and Juan are very kind and helpful and communication...

"Loved Soller and Port de Soller. I recommend renting Vespas for the day and exploring the island. Also do a boat trip for 8hrs if possible, another great way to see the island from a different perspective. The villa was nice, was basically a place for us to sleep as we spent 98% of our time out and about. Check in/out was easy. Its an old house with an old house feel yo it, not my vibe but it was appealing to some of my friends. Overall good experience 7/10 for me."

"The house looks very bright and airy on the photos but in reality all the rooms are very dark and musty.The settee could either do with a good clean or thrown out.I would do the later. We used two tins of fly spray to try and control the fruit flys.We failed. The picture of the garden bares no resemblance to what we found. Certainly the table and chairs you see were not there. The house is well situated for the town about 20 min walk it is on a very busy road."

"Poor communication. No hot water. After two days we left and only refunded partial of the last 2 days. Owner showed up and said the fuel tank needs to be changed, maybe. By then we had made other arrangements. No consideration of not bathing at all. Inconsiderate management and owner. Mala comunicación. Sin agua caliente.
