Hotel was very clean - basically brand new. It even had that fresh carpet smell when going through the hallway to rooms. Breakfast selection was nice with both continental hot and cold items on offer - some hot items like the eggs/hash rcould have been warmer. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Pool area was lovely, didn't spend much time out there but enjoyed a nice coffee out there in the morning. Rooms were amazing, beautifully decorated and stylish.

The Alcázar is located in a quiet area just a few minutes walk to the town square. We stayed in a garden room with views over the gardens toward the mountains. Everything was really well maintained and spotlessly clean, which given the hotel is quiet new would be expected. The staff were warm, friendly and very helpful. The room was compact with a small balcony, the bed was supremely comfortable, the air con worked well and the shower was excellent. There is a lack of storage in the room which was a little irritating as there was no where to store cases.The pillows were too soft and not at all supportive; firmer pillows were not available. The main irritant was the noise of staff using walkie talkies in the corridors.The other issue was the noise whenever furniture was moved in adjacent rooms. This would probably be rectified if they fitted glides to the legs of the chairs. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The gardens and pool were lovely. Overall a great hotel, with lovely staff , very comfortable beds , great showers, a quiet yet central location, with good views from the garden rooms. If they could address the noise issues and improve the pillows this would be a pretty perfect hotel.

We had a wonderful stay shortly after the hotel opened, staff were more than accommodating and friendly. The pool area was fantastic for relaxing and it was surprisingly quiet even when many guests shared the space. It also backs onto to gardens and the tram line which was pleasent to watch go by and meant we never heard cars or traffic. We would happily stay again if we return to soller.

An incredible hotel, beautifully designed with outstanding service and the best breakfast buffet we’ve had while traveling! We loved everything about it and wished we stayed longer. The location was incredible to walk around downtown Sóller.

Extra special and perfect in every way
Perfect in every way. The location is a stone's throw from the central square, the tram which runs by is such a lovely bonus to watch from the pool. The pool area and pool itself are stunning and quiet, the decor of the entrance/breakfast area is beautiful and very trendy, but what is truly spectacular are the rooms. They felt so special, very stunning and enormous comfy beds, they had thought of every finer detail to make it the nicest hotel we have stayed in by far. It smelt amazing and felt like such a treat to be in such a wonderfully decorated and brand new hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay extra lovely. We cannot recommend this place enough, worth every penny and simply stunning!!

Fabulous hotel in gorgeous Soller
We have just got back from a lovely stay at Alcázar Hotel. The hotel is brand new and beautiful, the pool and outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and the location was brilliant, only a couple of minutes walk to the centre of Sóller and the tram that takes you down to the port. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were also brilliant and so helpful. There’s nothing we didn’t like about this place 😊

Such a beautiful experience! Property is In a perfect location. Close to the Cathedral and train. There is also a bus station 10 minutes away where you can take day trips to Deía and Valdemossa. Concierge was very helpful. I was there for their grand opening, so it was impeccably clean.

Superbe endroit, excellents petits déjeuners, personnel très avenant, lits très confortables, décor enchanteur, très belle piscine ( non chauffée touefois ), des sentiers de randonnée à la porte, plusieurs restos super sympathiques à distance de marche. Een aanrader om naar toe te gaan!
Prachtig nieuw hotel en mega centraal gelegen! Hotel was net een week open, waarbij ze nog niet helemaal klaar waren en hier en daar nog bezig waren met dingen afmaken. Was voor ons zelf niet storend. Goed uitgebreid ontbijt, parking onder het hotel waarbij je met je kamer pasje in en uit kan rijden wanneer je wilt, vriendelijk personeel, gratis zwembad/strand handdoeken en de meest heerlijke hotelbedden! Ik zou hier zeker nog een keer terug komen!
